Our Team

Ken Osborne Headshot

Ken Osborne

Being the son of a military officer, Ken Osborne grew up all over the United States before settling in Arkansas. He has made Fayetteville his home since 1979. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BSBA, majoring in marketing. Ken continued his education at the University of Arkansas School of Law, earning his law degree in December 1986.

Since opening his private practice in 1989, Ken has been dedicated to helping individuals: “the little guy.” He has represented countless clients injured in automobile, accidents, motorcycle accidents, 18-wheeler accidents and on-the-job accidents. Over the years, Ken has handled complicated insurance cases involving severe automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, and serious on-the-job accidents. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. These accidents are often disabling and Ken has helped hundreds of clients win their Social Security Disability cases.

In addition to handling personal injury cases, and workers’ compensation cases, Ken has practiced criminal defense in Washington, Benton and Madison County District and Circuit Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. He has argued cases for his clients before the Arkansas Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ken is a father of three and grandfather of two.
Sammi Wilmoth Headshot

Sammi Wilmoth

Attorney Sammi Wilmoth is a native of Springdale, Arkansas. She began working at the Osborne Law Firm immediately after graduating high school as a receptionist. She worked her way up to Office Manager. Having been inspired by the firm’s work, Sammi decided to pursue her law degree. While juggling three small children and a full-time job, Sammi earned her undergraduate degree from John Brown University, graduating with distinction, in December of 2006. Still juggling marriage, motherhood and a demanding full-time job, Sammi earned her Juris Doctorate from the Arkansas School of Law in May 2012. During law school, Sammi won the 2011 Ben Altheimer Best Brief Award in Moot Court Competition.

So when she began practicing law in 2012, she already had 12 years of experience assisting Ken and helping thousands of clients. Sammi passionately represents each of her clients, providing quality legal services while keeping open lines of communication with each client. She is licensed in State and Federal Court. She has been very successful in court, fighting hard for her clients as they pursue their family law cases of divorce and custody.

Why Choose Us?

Here are just a few reasons why should you hire us and not some other firm:
1.

Open Communication

When you hire Osborne & Wilmoth you get to speak to and communicate with your attorney. We don't avoid your calls or pass you off to a paralegal or assistant
2.

Cost Effective

Legal battles can be very expensive. We always try to work toward solutions that are cost effective for you. We look for resolutions that make sense for our clients, rather than fighting just for the sake of argument. That said, we won't back down from a fight! We will not hesitate to go to battle for you, when it is necessary.
3.

Experienced Atorneys

If the fight is on, we have more than 40 years of combined trial experience. Our attorneys have tried cases in many different arenas ranging from district court, circuit court, federal court and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Our attorneys have both had success at the trial court level as well as on appeal.
4.

Relatable Approach

We are laid back and friendly attorneys. We don't wear our "$100" suits unless we are in court. That's not of a lack of respect but rather to make our clients feel more comfortable around us and in our office. Hiring a lawyer can be an intimidating process. We want you to be comfortable around us and not intimidated by us.
5.

Rate Transparency

Our rates are reasonable and we don't overbill for unnecessary work.
6.

Last, But Not Least

We have really good coffee!
